With our patented sliver coating process technology, we supply silverized nonwovens roll goods and premium face masks globally with anti-viral and anti-microbial performance to face mask manufacturers, healthcare distributors, retails stores, and enterprises.

 

Position - Sales Support Co-op/Intern

We are looking to hire a full-time Marketing Co-op/Intern to join the Folia team and support the B2B sales of Folia silverized nonwovens and antiviral face masks. Folia is a diverse workplace and has employees from diverse backgrounds. You would be working in a friendly collaborative and open mind work culture and have the chance to learn hand-on experience on customer service/marketing/business development. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience and prepare for future career.

The ideal candidate is a BS student in business or science-related majors. We are looking for someone dependable, a good communicator, a collaborator, who can prioritize tasks and enjoys learning. 

This position is responsible to support Folia’s Sales team with customer service, sales administration, and business development tasks They will report to the VP of Business Development. This is a paid position.

Responsibility

  • Customer service
    • Work on the entire order process from PO received, preparing invoice, product shipment, all the way to customer follow up, by collaborating with customers and colleagues in sales/production/logistic/accounting functions
    • Assist company sales team and external sales network (representatives and distributors) on new customer acquisitions and existing customer support
    • Deliver good customer service by building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication via emails and phone calls, and but learning how to identify new use cases of our materials and working with clients to see those products develop
  • Sales Administrative
    • Keep customer information up to date using CRM applications
    • Assist with marketing efforts through product sampling, market research, handling marketing materials, and promotions
  • Business Development
    • Assist the sales team with B2B lead identification and qualification
    • Support new customer acquisition in assigned market segments

 

Requirements

  • BS student in business or science related majors preferred
  • Some internships experience 
  • A sharp mind and an interest in learning
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Location

Hybrid: Folia Materials Office in Woburn Massachusetts and remote work
